As you probably now, Windows 7 allows users change the logon screen background without the help of any hacks or tools. Unlike its predecessors XP and Vista, you need not to use any third-party utilities to change the logon screen background in Windows 7.

Steve Sinchak of Tweaks.com has created this free utility named Logon Changer for Windows 7 that enables you replace the default logon screen background with a custom picture. Run the utility and just input the logon screen background image file you wish to set by hitting the browse button at the bottom and click Test button to apply the new background.

User can also revert to the default logon screen by using Revert to Default Logon Screen button. However note that the new logon screen (picture size) file size must be less than 256 KB. Logon Changer for Windows 7 is compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 7 systems.
